There are a number of reasons why our firm may not be able to move an account past pending status. Accounts go to pending status while we wait for verification documents to ensure each user is compliant with our regulatory requirements. If a user does not pass our initial review, our support team will reach out via email and request the necessary documents to get said user approved, during which their account will remain in pending status. Please note that the provision of these identifying documents does not guarantee that your account will ultimately be approved.
